Sprinkle a thin layer of chia seeds on the bottom of the terracotta dish. Place the terracotta dish in a large dish of water. Cover with another plate. The terracotta dish absorbs water from the dish below, providing the perfect amount of water for chia seeds to germinate. On the second and third days, lightly mist the seeds with fresh, clean water. Chia sprouts will be ready to harvest in 2-3 days.

Place a nylon or linen cloth over the plate.
Spray the cloth with a fine mist of water.
Sprinkle a layer of chia seeds over the cloth. Lightly mist the seeds with fresh, clean water.
Cover with another plate. Please mist lightly once a day.
Chia seed sprouts will be ready to harvest in 2-3 days.
